Foster Children's Day.
On December 6th 2011 The Mayor of Edison Antonia Ricigliano Recognized the contributions made by Safety First Driving School. Safety First donated Free Driving Lessons, to children in the Foster Care System. Safety First was awarded the high honor of a letter of Proclamation from the Mayor Ricigliano of Edison live on air at the WCTC Radio Station
Safety First has had a long history of helping people in need. When approached by Heather O'Neil to be a sponsor of her proposed bill to have a National Foster Children's Day it was an easy decision to make by Stephanie Mihalczo one of the owners of Safety First. Ms. O'Neil's passion for her cause is infectious. The proposed bill is a rapidly gaining attention as well as Ms O'Neil's best selling book on the trials and tribulations of being a foster child.
